Antalya Konyaalti

Antalya Konyaalti is one of the new dynamically developing areas of the city. Konyaalti is located west of the central part of Antalya in the direction of Kemer. The total length is about 8 km.
The infrastructure in the Konyaalti region is developed at a high level. Here you can easily find many restaurants, cafes, shops, high-class hotels. The embankment is cozy and modern, it is always clean and comfortable here, the police regulate spontaneous trade, there are only a variety of stalls with snacks and drinks. The area has a great location for interesting sights and shopping nearby.

Konyaalti beach mainly consists of small pebbles. It is highly rated with the Blue Flag and is one of the longest beaches in all of Antalya. Konyaalti beach is regularly cleaned from large debris, the only negative is small debris. The pebbly beach is more than offset by unforgettable views of the Taurus Mountains, many tourists prefer pebbles to sand, but this is already a matter of taste and comfort.

Also, a feature of Konyaalti beach, like many beaches of Antalya, is a sharp entrance, some beaches have pontoons, because of the clear water it is a great place for snorkeling. The sea here is calm in the first half of the day, later the waves are very strong. The beach is the property of the municipality, but you can rarely meet locals here either in the morning or in the evening.

Antalya Konyaalti beach is free. Most of the infrastructure is also freely available for tourists, except for umbrellas and sun loungers. Free even Wi-Fi, there is everything you need for people with disabilities. Special paths lead to the sea, there are ramps and toilets. In the evening, on the embankment, there is a beautiful walking area with evening lighting. Nearby you can visit the parks and the funicular at the top of Tunektepe. The best time to visit here starts in May and ends in October, the so-called high season. The hottest period is from July to August, the air temperature rises to 33 degrees, the water temperature to 27 degrees. The best time to relax is in September, the water is still warm, but the air is not so hot.

Antalya Konyaalti is worth your attention and time. This is a really cozy and pleasant place. From here you have an incredible view of the Taurus Mountains.
