Cirali beach from Kemer
Cirali Beach is a quiet, pebbly stretch of coastline located around 30 km from Kemer. It’s about 3 kilometres long and wide enough for everyone to find a peaceful spot. Even during high season, the beach remains calm and uncrowded, mainly because it’s a bit too far for a quick visit from Kemer. Unlike many beaches in the area, Cirali does not have Blue Flag status.
Cirali Beach Facilities
The beach has basic facilities. You’ll find sunbeds and umbrellas available, as well as a few cafes and bars along the shore. Lifeguards are present at some points, but there are no showers, toilets, or changing cabins directly on the beach. Most visitors use the facilities at nearby cafes if needed.
Cirali is ideal for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere. The beach is also known for being a nesting area for sea turtles, making it a great place for nature lovers. The sea here stays warm for a long season — even in October, the water temperature is around 25°C. With the surrounding mountains blocking strong winds, the sea is usually calm, making it suitable for families with children.
Many visitors bring a yoga mat or a book and enjoy the peaceful setting. The clear water and gentle waves make Cirali a great place to relax, especially in the morning.
Close to Cirali, you can visit the ancient ruins of Olympos or hike up Mount Chimera, known for its natural flames. A great way to do this is on a guided tour. Our Kemer boat trips and excursions also give you access to these sights. Some tours include a stop at Yanartas (the flaming mountain), a walk through ancient ruins, and a riverside picnic in a local village.
